The kitchen is a highlight, offering spacious counters, all stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cupboards for storage. The home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. Upstairs, there are two king bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs, a separate suite offers one queen bed, two singles, and its own updated bathroom with an open vanity—perfect for families or groups. All bedrooms feature Smart TVs with cable, Netflix, and Pandora. Free WiFi is available throughout the home, so you’ll always stay connected.

To reach The Sunshine House, you’ll drive on the beach between markers 9 and 10. Four-wheel drive is recommended during dry summer months. Look for the big yellow letters that say “The Sunshine House.” If you see sand buildup in the driveway, keep a steady 15 mph and you’ll be just fine—stopping could get you stuck.

To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.
