2100 sq. ft. home with private beach, only 20 minutes from downtown Traverse City and 2 miles from the quaint village of Elk Rapids. Renovations have been completed on this beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home and new photos to follow very soon. Nothing beats the majestic sunset view of East Grand Traverse Bay, directly across the lake from Old Mission Peninsula, which can be seen from the privacy of our large deck . This home is close enough to all the action, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of non-city living. Enjoy the local wineries, restaurants, casinos, golfing, beaches, hiking trails and shopping just minutes away. There are jet ski and boat rentals nearby for a fun day on the lake. In the winter, enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, sledding and ice skating, all within the nearby vicinity.
This all-year vacation home offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and relaxing environment. The open floor plan hosts the kitchen with brand new appliances, dining area and living room with gas fireplace and sliding glass doors to the new gas grill, fabulous 2 tier deck with an outdoor shower and large entertaining space.
There are two bedrooms next to the open space, each with a queen bed, the front bedroom with a large window overlooking the bay. A newly renovated, Jack-and-Jill, full bathroom adjoins both bedrooms. There is a laundry room with an electric washer and dryer, and washtub in the mudroom, along with an extra refrigerator for all the extra goodies you bring along. Adjacent to the living room, two steps down is the family room with plenty of room to lounge around on the new furniture and relax after a day on the beach. Flat screen tv, dvd player, sleeper sofa, (queen air mattress also available), a half bathroom and new flooring all in this freshly painted space.
The upstairs has a full bathroom with walk-in shower, a bedroom with new, twin size bunkbeds and the master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, with a private balcony.
