Located on Point Street, “Ruff C’s” offers 4 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom and sleeps 12. Complete with two levels and an elevator, there is a master suite and a bunk room on each level of the house. The main level master suite features King Bed, bathroom and a partially covered beachside balcony. The main level bunk room features ocean views, Queen bed, Bunk Bed and opens into the four-season room. The upper level Master Suite has uninterrupted beachfront views, King Bed and bathroom. The bunk room on the upper level has a King bed, loft and a unique semi-private “sailor’s quarter’s” with two Single beds. All of the bedrooms have TVs. The house has custom solid walnut hardwood floors and stone and granite finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen contains a spacious walnut island and is well-equipped for preparing your low country favorites. The Great Room features an extra long window seat with panoramic views, comfortable seating and filled with coastal style. The four seasons screen/glass room is ocean side and is the ultimate space for taking in ocean breezes. Outside are two private enclosed showers. The house is equipped with an outdoor security camera for protection. WiFi equipped with built-in Sonos sound system. No smoking (including E-Cigarettes) in the home or on the property. No pets allowed. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles.
