Upon entering the home, you're welcomed by the ground floor featuring a living area/rumpus room with a large TV and two bedrooms.
Head up the stairs to the second floor and you'll walk into a light-filled spacious open-plan kitchen, living, dining and large wrap-around balcony. There are direct beach views from all areas on this floor. Whether you are dining in, eating on the deck, or simply enjoying the comforts of the living room, you will have unobstructed views towards the beach wherever you sit. There are also two more bedrooms and bathrooms on this level.
The third floor is a dedicated parent's retreat with breathtaking ocean views. It's a large master with an ensuite and generous WIR. You'll even have your own balcony looking out towards the water.
Outside, there is a small pool with 2 sun lounges to keep enjoying your relaxing beachside holiday. The backyard is also fenced if you are travelling with your furry friend.
The property has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and all the towels and linen are included. We even provide you with a bathroom pack for basic toiletry needs.

Point Cartwright is an un-patrolled beach situated at the base of the headland at the very northern end of Kawana beach. It’s popular with locals for its surf break. The high cliffs of the coastal headland reserve provide spectacular views of Mooloolaba, the Mooloolah River mouth, Mount Coolum to the north and Kawana Beach to the south. It’s often possible to spot migratory humpback whales, turtles, and ships entering and leaving the Port of Brisbane.
Grassy slopes provide excellent locations for family picnics, and toilet facilities are available at the Pacific Boulevard entrance to the reserve.
La Balsa Park, at the end of Harbour Drive and on the edge of the Mooloolah River is the perfect place for the kids to play and the adults to sit and enjoy the sea breeze.
Many visitors and residents enjoy fishing from the banks of the Mooloolah River or the bund wall, which are accessible from the Harbour Drive entrance and the reserve.
Once you have arrived, everything can be accessed via a short walk. The northern end of the Kawana beach stretch is directly across the road.
The closest patrolled beach is Kawana, less than a 5-minute drive down the road (or Mooloolaba Beach is only 10 mins north). The stunning Pt Cartright headland and La'Balsa park are a 5-minute walk towards the headland.
The Kawana shopping centre is also within a 10-minute walk.
Uber rides and taxis are easy to get from this location. The closest bus stop is only a few minutes walk back towards Kawana shopping world.
If you have your own car, there is ample space to park on the premises or on the road directly in front of the house.
Pets are more than welcome for an addition $100 pet fee, however, we ask that you please clean up after them thoroughly. This includes inside and outside areas. Please keep your pets off the furniture and especially off the beds. It can often be hard to get animal smells out of the sheets and we want to be able to keep offering pet availability to future guests with fresh linen.
Should these rules not be followed you will be charged an additional $200 cleaning fee.
Please no events or smoking is permitted at anytime
If you are arriving back from the beach please ensure that you removed excess sand from your feet.
Pets:
We love being able to provide this property as pet friendly, however we ask you respect the following rules so we can continue to provide this for future guests
- CLEAN UP after your pet, inside and out. Vacuum any excess fur from inside the house.
- No pets in the bed. I know some of you are ok with this, however other guests with no pets are not. It can be hard to remove pet smell from the bedrooms
- Keep pets off the furniture
If any of the above rules are not followed we charge an extra fee of $200
