This is just a short walk from the home and located right near the private beach entry. You might even see a few kangaroos on your walk to the beach and shared pool!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, excluding the garage. There is space to park 2-3 cars in the driveway, plus free on-street parking available. Within the gated community there is a shared BBQ area, pool
and tennis court to enjoy.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quite gated community just 400m away from the Yaroomba foreshore, this un-patrolled beach is ideal for leisurely beach walks and enjoying a stroll with your four-legged friend. This home is conveniently situated just a 2-minute drive from the base/carpark of Mount Coolum, making it a hiker's paradise. If you'd rather opt for an easier walk along a boardwalk, a quick 4-minute drive will take you to the Mount Coolum boardwalk, offering a scenic stroll amongst nature. Yaroomba Beach, is just 3-minutes drive away and is a popular destination for surfing and swimming, with seasonal lifeguard patrols for safety between access points 89 and 90. If you’re looking to explore Coolum Beach, the esplanade is filled with bustling shops, cafes, restaurants and the Coolum Beach Surf Club. Coolum Beach is a patrolled beach, located approximately 8-10 minutes drive away and is a great spot for swimming, surfing or paddle boarding.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 10 minute walk to David Low Way (Tanah St stop) where bus services are available and operate to Coolum/Noosa (northbound) and Maroochydore (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
