- Stand-alone home located in a complex of 3 villas. There is a large communal driveway for easy access. Located close to an intersection with traffic lights.
- There is a double garage for convenient parking. As you enter, you`ll notice the private entrance with a secured pedestrian gate, providing both privacy and security. The front door is equipped with a modern digital door lock for your peace of mind.
- The first bedroom, located towards the front of the property, offers a view out to the side of the property. It features a stylish queen bed frame with a comfortable mattress, bedside tables, and lamps on either side for your convenience. • AIR CONDITIONING USAGE: To ensure optimal performance of the air conditioning system, we recommend setting the temperature to 23°C on hot days. Lowering it to 18°C or below may cause the unit to overwork, making it less effective in cooling the space. If you experience any issues with the temperature, please allow some time for the system to adjust. Should you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
• BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.
