The first floor features an outdoor patio with equipped kitchenette and a casual dining area with ceiling fan as well as hammock and chairs perfect for gathering, conversing, and relaxing. The first floor also has a comfortable living room with air conditioning, satellite TV and one full bathroom. The living room features sleeping space for up to 3 guests (one full bed and one sofa).
After a day of adventure activities and peaceful lounging, the second story is where the guests can retire to dream of the wonders of the Gulfo Dulce. With two bedrooms and one half bath, the second floor of El Perezoso features sleeping space for up to six guests (1 king and 2 full). Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan and has the options of air conditioning with individual temperature control or open french doors and windows to let the tropical air flow through.
The entire second floor is encircled with a screened in balcony on which guests can recline in a Adirondack chair under a ceiling fan and savor the sights of the jungle lined ocean, expansive gardens, lively wildlife, and lush jungle.
It is the balcony that makes the El Perezoso experience magical and oh so relaxing. The view at sunset is special each day and the air becomes sweet and cools to the just the right temperature.
