We love that this house is perfectly nestled away in a quiet subdivision less than 15 minutes from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. Less than 10 minutes away from Walmart and the busy strip of Highway 85. You'll find anything your heart desires. Restaurants, bars, lounges as well as grocery stores.
In this home, you will find 4 spacious bedrooms.
The two living rooms, both house queen size sleeper sofas.
2 full bathrooms which have bathtub shower combo, toilet, and sink. While the private bathroom has a garden tub and shower stall.
Blowdryers are available for hair that has gotten wet from the pool or washing. Complimentary body wash, hair shampoo, and conditioner are available in all bathrooms.
In the kitchen, there is a small nook to have your morning coffee, tea, or breakfast. The gas stove is ready for stovetop cooking or baking in the oven.
While there is no microwave, we do have an air fryer available. You'll also find a waffle maker, toaster, and electric griddle to get your breakfast started.
A two-in-one coffee maker with a K-cup side for single servings of coffee, or hot chocolate. The other side is for larger servings with a coffee pot. If you prefer tea, there's also an electric water kettle.
In the dining room, you'll find an expandable dining table with chairs. Seats up to 12.
To take a step outside, you have the option of accessing the backyard from the upstairs patio stairs or through the downstairs via sliding doors.
We also have a beverage cooler in the backyard which can be filled with ice to have handy while sitting outside.

With depths from 3ft to 8 ft everyone of all ages can enjoy the water. Floaty devices and life vests are available for less experienced swimmers. There are also devices for infants and toddlers. SAFETY FIRST!
Pool towels and jumbo tabletop games are available.
While the property is quite welcoming with its spacious backyard and large pool, unfortunately, no pool parties or large gatherings are allowed WITHOUT EXPLICIT PERMISSION. This will also have a partially refundable fee.
