In the village there are restaurants, two small supermarkets, a café with a bakery, the indoor pool and the chairlift station. The apartment is part of a chalet with two apartments and can accommodate 4 people. The apartment is very charming. The bathroom and kitchen are newly renovated. The arrangement is as follows: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open kitchen to the living room and dining area, storage room and terrace with garden. Amden is sun-drenched and has a wonderful panoramic view. The terrace entices you to enjoy the panorama and the tranquility. The closest bus stop is "Amden, Brugg". Two parking spaces are available in front of the house. In summer, Amden Weesen offer a perfect combination of a southern beach atmosphere on Lake Walen and an alpine climate between the mountain peaks of Leistchamm and Speer. This is where you will find marvellous hiking trails of all degrees of difficulty, charming family hiking trails, wonderful panoramic views from the numerous vantage points or cozy bathing spots by the mountain stream or Lake Walen. The renowned Swiss ski school has an offshoot in the Arvenbüel district. The Mattstock chairlift is located a few hundred meters from the house. The winter landscapes around the Flügenspitz also entice with numerous winter hiking trails and snowshoe routes. Amden is also the perfect starting point to explore the regions. Thanks to the cosy interior wood furnishings, the apartment provides a wonderful indoor climate. Immediately after entering, you enter the pleasantly designed living room with a sofa. The kitchen and dining area are in the same room. The new kitchen is well equipped. In addition to all useful kitchen utensils, the equipment includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, glass-ceramic stovetop and coffee machine (Nespresso). There are 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom can accommodate 2 people in a comfortable new box spring bed (180x200cm). In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed for 2 people (2 x 90x200cm). A babybed and high chair can be provided on request. The bathroom has also been newly renovated and features a wonderful large shower, sink and toilet. Pets are welcome. This is a non-smoking apartment. Wireless internet is available in the house.
