Summary: We had a very enjoyable vacation in Dorado. Grocery store & Walgreens nearby for daily shopping or other needs.3 beach options directly across from us. We brought our own coolers but there is a roll away cooler and 2 beach chairs and toys available.Restaurants nearby if you’d like to go out for lunch or dinner.Only difficulty we had was finding the property. It’s in a gated community and then the lockbox for the gate & property are on a light pole. We arrived at 10 PM which did not help our situation, and my cell service dropped so I couldn’t access the instructions sent via VRBO app. Recommendation would be to arrive during daytime hours and print check-in instructions & pictures and bring with you. Property owner was very responsive & helpful throughout. I’ve already sent the property link to 2 other families interested in visiting the area.
