Stylish open concept condo in famous Las Palmas close to all the amenities Las Palmas offers! Waterslides, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, 4 outdoor pools, pickleball, shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball, play area, tennis, biking and walking trails close to Zions National park, Tuacahn and so much more! At the club house they have ping pong, sports equipment for you to check out for free and a large workout room.
The condo is located in Building 14 on the 2nd floor (elevator is in building). It's a three bedroom 2 bath with king beds in two of the bedrooms and balcony access in both rooms which backs the main 3 huge pools, waterslides, volleyball, pickleball and play area for the kids! The 3rd bedroom is a bunk room with room to sleep 5! The condo sleeps 9 total! All bedrooms have large smart TV's including the main living area. There is also free, fast internet.
The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful granite countertops. The balcony has a small barbecue and table and chairs along with a full size washer and dryer in a closet off the balcony.
