A fully equipped luxury 200 sqm villa with private swimming pool and fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea. Located close to several sandy beaches and the Korineum Golf & Beach Club. The property can accommodate a maximum of 8 people with its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large pool area and beautiful mature garden.
Named after its owner, Villa Vena Altum, is located below the small village of Karaagac, near Esentepe. With its elevated position, the villa boasts some fantastic views over the surrounding landscape and coastline.
The villa has 4 large air conditioned bedrooms all with sea views, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All bedrooms are spacious and fitted with king size beds and plenty of wardrobe storage space. The two first floor bedrooms have en-suite facilities and their own private balcony. The ground floor bedrooms share a shower room and have patio doors with direct access to the pool terrace area.
The air conditioned lounge and kitchen are fully equipped. Facilities include:

Pool & Garden
The 10m x 5m overflow pool which is situated to the rear of the villa (overlooking the coastline), has a maximum depth of 1.65 meters with a gradual slope to 1 meter at the shallower end. The pool is professionally cleaned throughout the year. The surrounding pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds and parasols. There is also a dining table for eight people, a cocktail seating area and a special pergola arrangement, ideal for after dinner drinks.
The pool area is framed by some lovely floweringbushes and other Mediterranean plants. Please be advised that the far side of the pool terrace has a drop of 1.70 - 2.60 meters. Please exercise caution, especially with children around this area.
At the front of the house there is a garden with fruit trees including; orange, clementine, figs, peaches, pomegranate and olive trees. There are also flowering bushes making the area graceful and calming. Seating is provided at the front of the property, allowing you to have your breakfast or evening drink as well as a cup of tea with your favourite book.
The covered carport at the front of the property has enough room to park two cars in the shade.
Stairs leading down to the entrance of the property would make it difficult for wheel chair users and prams.
The area
Karaagac in Northern Cyprus is a beautiful place on the green pine clad slopes of the mountains, overlooking the wonderful turquoise coloured Mediterranean Sea.
Most beaches are within a five to twenty minute drive from the villa, the nearest being the beach of the Korineum Golf & Beach Club – this is open to the public and has excellent restaurant facilities.

Alagadi Beach (Turtle Beach), a public beach approximately ten minutes’ drive away, is the place to be for turtle watching. The golf course at the Korineum Golf & Beach Club, is a demanding course and is considered one of the best green courses on the island. The Korineum also provides a professional driving range, three practice greens, a tennis academy and several tennis courts. The club house hosts a bar and restaurant, along with two pool tables and board games.

Esentepe is a picturesque village which is situated only five minutes away from the villa by car. It has a small number of bars and restaurants with local shopping amenities. Albeit a relatively quiet village there is always something going on in one of the bars. In the month of June, the village hosts the Apricot Festival with events lasting the whole week.
Other activities within easy reach are: scuba diving, sailing, walking, bicycling, fishing and horse riding.
If you were to drive to the east, you will come across many beautiful beaches and small villages, all having their own quaint charm. The furthest point east is the Karpaz region where the nationally famous wild donkeys can be found.
If you were to drive to the west, you will come across the Korineum Golf & Beach Club in five minutes. You will also pass several beachesbefore you come to the luxurious Elexus Hotel & Casino and the Acapulco Resort. For a reasonable fee, you can use their fantastic beaches, pool, waterslides and watersport facilities. Further afield still heading west to the towns of Alsancak and Lapta, you will find more beach clubs, restaurants and bars.
