Welcome to the recently renovated Three Little Birds Farmhouse nestled in the countryside of Prince Edward County.
The ideal house for large groups or multiple family getaways. The property can accommodate up to 10 adults and 6 children (under the age of 10). This stunning relaxing retreat spans over 3,000 sq. ft complete with 5 oversized Bdrms, 3 ½ baths, and comfortably sleeps up to 16.
This beautiful farmhouse is unique with its’ 2 Master Bedrooms: one is conveniently located on the main floor and each has a king-sized bed, lounge area and fireplace. There are also 2 more generous bedrooms with queen-sized bed, dresser, and chair in each. Finally, your kids can create memories while staying in the massive “dorm” bedroom with 3 double beds, dressers, sofa bed, TV, Blu-ray & movies. There are a total of 7 traditional beds and 1 sofa bed. Luxurious bedding and linens are supplied.
20 minutes by car to Sandbanks Provincial Park (2 passes included). Minutes to the towns of Picton, Wellington and Bloomfield, where you can explore shops, restaurants, farmers markets, golf, 40+ wineries, and a growing craft beer scene.
Upon your arrival, you’ll be tempted to rest on one of the rocking chairs on the expansive front porch.
Once inside you will be drawn to the main living area complete with TV, Blu-ray, 2 couches, sitting and reading areas all centered around the fireplace. French doors lead you onto a massive deck with 2-bbq's, lounge areas, dining for 12, and in the distance an oversized fire pit. Spend the afternoon playing badminton or volleyball in the large back yard. Hike your way through your own private park as you trail the 58 acres of natural woodlands, some of which is a recognized as environmentally protected lands. Stroll or bicycle to your hearts content on the quite country road in front of the property. End the day roasting marshmallows around the oversized firepit (firewood on hand).
From the deck a separate door lands you in the open concept gourmet kitchen. Complete with 12’ maple butcher block island, seating for 6, stainless steel appliances and all the accouterments to inspire the inner chef in you.
Grab a bottle from the wine fridge on your way to the dining room that has a relaxed elegance, with its converted church pews and bistro style seating for 12.
Opulent bathrooms galore, some with double vanities, soaker tubs and tiled glass shower with rain showerhead. Bath linens included. With 3 ½ bathrooms to accommodate everyone, there will be no chance of line-ups in the morning. Ample supply of toiletries on hand.
