Upscale Hellerup is a lovely area that is partly suburban and partly enclosed by Copenhagen. The Strandvejen district is just north of Østerbro to the south and just east of Øresund. Hellerup's coast road is lined with boutique shops and cafes and restaurants. There are also several grocery stores for those who prefer to self cater. Hellerup is the site of Copenhagen's Experimentarium children's science museum as well as the Øregaard Museum. The neighborhood has its own train station with both rail and Metro access as well as several bus lines.
