Excellent country house of high standard, located within the Veleiros de Ibiúna Condominium, one of the best condominiums in the State of São Paulo, just 90 Km from São Paulo, on 100% asphalted highways.
The house has a nice pool, grass volleyball court, kiosk with barbecue, fireplace, wood stove, ample internal parking for 6 cars, 4 bedrooms, 1 of them being a suite, comfortably accommodating 8 people, in beds not bunks, being we rent only for families.
We do not rent to events with entry into the condominium of unrelated people in the hosting agreement.
The house is fully equipped with:
. Standard hotel linen for up to 8 people.
• SMART LED TV with VIVO Fiber in the living room and TV's in 3 bedrooms.
• Wi Fi in all internal and external dependencies of the property.
• Intemperature Brastemp refrigerator; mini wine cellar, 1 freezer of 400 l and a refrigerator installed in the kiosk, next to the barbecue and the swimming pool.
• Complete kitchen and laundry utensils and appliances.

The leasing process requires filling in a registration form and a copy of an identity document and residence certificate in the contractor's name (electricity, water or gas bill), only for the first rental, necessary for the preparation of the contract and inform the condominium.

"Very nice house, fully equipped and beautiful! Arriving in a rented house and coming across towels, soaps, on the bed like in a hotel, was a detail and a very pleasant surprise. Decoration of great taste. Extremely clean and well maintained. Not to mention the condo which is 5 star and very beautiful. The Silvia who welcomed us is also great, very nice.
