Colorful owner build modern house. On a large FLAT lot with dock on private cove. Bring your own boat and park it at our dock. Situated close to Piney Point Golf club at the South Side of the Lake. Across the lake from Lilly's Bridge Marina and Uwharrie National Forest.

Food lion and Norwood conveniently a 5 min drive away. Almarble is 20min from house.
Come and have some fun family time on the lake and disconnect from city life. There are a ping pong table, volleyball net.(bring your own ball). Floating Matt, kayak. and paddle boards for your use. We also have a fire pit so bring your s'mores supplies! A grill/smoker if you like some BBQ.
We ask no large parties. If you want to invite guest please let us know. Please dont park your cars on the grass. No more than 3 cars please.
No damage deposit required but we reserve the right to hold up to $1000 damage fee.
