Three (3) bedrooms with three (4) queen beds and two (2) twins (bunk beds) sleeps ten (10) comfortably. Two full baths with paper-goods provided. Fully-furnished, stocked with linens, towels, cook and dishware & utensils. Living space features, wood floors, wood burning fireplace (wood provided), loft ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows. The outside spa sits on 900 sq. large wrap-around deck (patio furniture and gas BBQ) with views of mountains, pines and the the brightest night sky you will ever witness. The perfect end to a perfect summer day or day of skiing. Enjoy hiking, kayaking, rafting, horseback riding, ATV, exploring, the Durango-Silverton Railroad (which passes downhill from the house) or any of the other endless activities in the area. The house features WiFi connectivity (included) and television (DVD). Garage available upon request for car parking.
