This unique and tranquil mid-term to long-term rental will have you feeling relaxed, cozy and serene in no time.
This 2-story, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, balcony, is adjacent to a park and the Oceano Lagoon, and is only steps away from the beach and the small Oceano airport.
It is outfitted with updated appliances and furniture, eclectic and coastal-style decor, and even is pet-friendly! It will accommodate up to 2 persons. Contact owner if more persons are in your party, for alternative pricing/arrangements. All utilities and wifi are included in the daily rate. Pet fee not included in daily rate. Large discount for monthly+ rental, please input your dates to see total or contact owner.
Upon entry, you will find a bathroom, washer/dryer station, and a bedroom/office with a walk-in closet. The room is outfitted with a table and 2 chairs, as well as a memory-foam futon couch that folds into a bed. Upon request, we can provide a 20in high queen-size self-inflatable bed. The room can be utilized as an office as well as a bedroom, depending on your needs.
Upstairs, you will find the bright living/dining area with access to the deck, which overlooks the park and beautiful lagoon. Most furnishings are new as of July 2022.
The kitchen features updated Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, 5-burner stove with oven, OTR microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer.
The bedroom features a queen bed with under-bed storage drawers, gel-foam mattress topper, Tempur Pedic pillows, a closet with installed closet system, and a dresser/armoire with a Roku TV.
There is also an adjacent small bathroom with an oversized shower stall.
Please note: only registered guests are allowed on the property. No entertaining, visiting, hosting, etc. on the premises. We monitor for noise and occupancy, quiet time after 10pm. The property is monitored by alarm system cameras at entry/exit points for your safety. Alarm system can be armed/disarmed by owner at your request. Please supervise your pets at all times. Read and accept all house rules. Occupancy violations will cause cancellation without refund, and charges for unregistered persons. This is a limited time contract and legal tenancy is never established regardless of length of stay. Move-out date is the date the booking ends. The home is not childproof or equipped for children. Closely supervise at stairs, railings, decks. Walkway subject to be shared occasionally with occasional ADU tenant.
