Poggio Campana is a spacious and tastefully furnished 7-room house with a total area of 370m² spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room of 40m² with an open-hearth fireplace and a TV. This room has an exit to the garden and the swimming pool. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC and a room with one bed and one double bed, also with a shower/bidet/WC. The kitchen on this floor is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, with an exit to the terrace. There is also a separate WC on this level.
On the upper floor, you will find another double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC, a room with two beds, and another double bedroom. There is also a shower/bidet/WC on this floor. Gas heating is provided, and the floors are covered with natural stone. The furnishings are comfortable and in the country house style. There are three covered terraces with terrace furniture and a barbecue, providing a very beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities include a washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair for up to 2-year-olds, and a hairdryer. Internet (WiFi, free) is also available.
