This beautiful semi-detached maisonette is only 5 minutes walk from Martello beach and 12 minutes drive to the port of Parikia.
It is a peaceful, secluded area, ideal for relaxation, but in close distance to traditional Greek tavernas, as well as Italian and ethnic restaurants. The house has a beautiful garden, barbecue facilities and a swimming pool where you can relax. There are 3 verandas all with a view to the sea and the city of Parikia.
The house has 3 bedrooms. One master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom, one double room with a queen bed, one room with two single beds and a shared bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, utensils and the living room area has 2 sofas and a flat-screen TV. One sofa bed can accommodate an extra guest.
We have white linens, towels, beach towels and free toiletries. We also offer cookies, fruits, and chocolates for the welcome.
