This beautifully constructed villa can be found in the lower part of Kizilitas, Kalkan and therefore offers beautiful sea views over Kalkan bay and the Turquoise coast beyond and yet is easily accessible to shops in a 5 minute walk or indeed the bougainvillea-filled old town in 10 minutes with its bountiful roof top restaurants and colourful shops. The bus station is a 2 minute walk for guests adventuring further afield, not to mention the fabulous Thursday market!
Your accommodation is over three floors and comprises three spacious bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) all ensuite with tastefully decorated bathrooms. Each of your bedrooms opens onto a sizeable balcony with spectacular sea views. Your master bedroom has its own private roof terrace. The recreational area is airy and tastefully decorated and offers TV and Internet Comfortably cool lounging!!
Your kitchen has been stylishly designed and fitted to a high spec with integrated kitchen appliances, offering the opportunity for self catering for a family group. Meals can be taken either in the spacious dining area or indeed al fresco where six guests can dine congenially on the terrace. You also have access to a BBQ oven on the terrace.
The infinity pool area, together with a smaller 'cooling off pool' or toddler pool accommodates six loungers together with parasols. There is also a shaded canopy area for guests wishing to take time out; in addition to a nicely planted wrap-around garden area. Private garage parking is provided for one car with ample additional space for further cars.
Cool ceramic tiles throughout together with air conditioning makes for very comfortable living on those hot days!
