3 bed/3 bath 'lodge' sleeps 8 comfortably, with a pull out couch that will sleep 2 more in the lock-off unit. Modern, well equipped kitchen. Balcony that overlooks the gorgeous 18th hole of one of the 2 championship 18 hole golf courses. Short walk to all the wonderful Torreon amenities including clubhouse/golf/pool/family center/workout facility. Short drive to lakes/fishing/hiking/mountain biking/skiing.......
BONUS!! Golf Privileges available! The Torreon membership can be assigned to the renters. $350 for the first golfer/member (designated member) and $125 each for up to 3 additional golfers/members. As members you can play unlimited golf at $25/18 holes (cart fee) and will have access to all of the club facilities including the family center, pool, fitness center and more. You can reserve tee times 7 days prior to your check in. Unfortunately, renters do not have guest privileges or access to the pool and other amenities if not members. The clubhouse and restaurants are open to the public. Children under 10 are free and expected to be with parents at the pool and other amenities.
