Beautiful, cozy and surrounded by greenery, the house is located in a quiet villa area, 4 km from KK Albena and 5 km from the botanical garden and the Palace in Balchik.
The two-story villa is for private use with a capacity of 6+4 people and has a large green yard with a heated pool and a separate beach area with sunbeds and tables; a children's corner with a house, slide and swings; a barbecue area with a charcoal oven, electricity. grill and dining area. On the first floor there are: a spacious living room with a fireplace, soft furniture for relaxation and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishes); one bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets. There is a direct exit to the barbecue area and the pool.
On the second floor there are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, the third has two bunk beds. Each bedroom has a panoramic terrace. EACH ROOM has air conditioners and thick blackout curtains.
A beautiful sea view is revealed from the second floor and part of the yard.
The house is not for parties and loud celebrations!
