In urbanization there are security, supermarket, tennis courts, a beach cafe and a restaurant directly on the beach with live music (beach-club) . Urbanization refers to a conservation area due to the rare species of pine trees and plants. On a private sandy beach 500 meters long can be accessed only by residents of urbanization.Villa located in the central part of a huge gorge, it has a classic V-shaped sea, surrounded on three sides by the road, which gives the villa a good privacy. Located on a street with very minimal movement. Constant breeze from the sea makes it possible not to use air conditioning even in August.
