Constructed by Henry Kelso in 1964 in the Hollywood Regency style, the home in located in the quiet and desirable Indian Canyons neighborhood of Palm Springs The home is situated on the Indian Canyons golf course with striking views of the surrounding mountains and just five minutes away from numerous hiking trails as well as convenient access to the Smoke Tree shopping center, local coffee shops and restaurants, and all the amenities of downtown Palm Springs just minutes away.
Enjoy watching the sun rise over the mountains or bask in the afternoon sun from the home's patios off of nearly every room. Take a walk or bikeride around the neighborhood and enjoy viewing some of Palm Springs' most desirable midcentury developments.
