"Bartram Trail homes are situated on and near the beautiful public Bartram Trail Golf Course that is owned and operated by the non-profit Bartram Trail Community Development Corporation. The course was designed by Robbins and Associates International and is a little over 6700 yard par 72 with five par 5s and five par 3s." The neighborhood also features a clubhouse, olympic-sized swimming pool, and restaurant.
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of a locked owner's closet and the garage. This includes a large backyard that is fully fenced. There is parking for 1-4 vehicles in the driveway and additional parking on the street. Access is provided via a smart lock with a personal code that will be shared prior to check in.
