This newly renovated home is roomy and comfortable inside with rustic hardwood floors and 12-foot ceilings throughout. Just outside the front and back side doors is an amazing wrap-around porch with ceiling fans and comfortable outdoor furniture. The perfect spot to sip some wine on our warm summer evenings. It's the ideal getaway for a weekend with friends, a three-couple wine retreat or a girlfriends’ wine down weekend. This is a home you will want visit again and again.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master en suite, with a comfy queen bed, located just inside the front door, is spacious, with plenty of light, and a door leading to the gorgeous fenced in backyard. The master also has a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The en suite bathroom features a huge walk-in shower with classic subway tile and a pedestal sink.
Bedrooms two and three are located just past the living room. These rooms have plenty of space with comfy queen size beds. Bedrooms two and three share a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bathroom amenities and quality luxe linens are all provided.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
The living area has a comfortable sofa with seating for 3 or 4 along with 3 side comfortable side chairs. It is perfect for reading a good book or streaming some of your favorite shows on the 42” SmartTV.
The large and spacious kitchen is equipped with all stainless-steel appliances, a 6-burner gas stove, lots of quartz countertop working space, a butcher block island, along with all the cooking essentials you'll need to prepare gourmet meals.
The dining area, in the heart of the house, located between the kitchen and living room, has a large metal table with seating for 6. It has access to the side porch for dining al fresco.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
The wrap-around porch is the perfect spot to dine al fresco on the wooden table with seating for six, hang out in the conversation area and have a glass of wine, or just relax and enjoy a good book and the cool breeze from the ceiling fans. If you are looking for a more private setting, there is a beautiful fenced in backyard, complete with an herb gardens and flowers in metal bins, a trellis-covered stage and trellis-covered grassy area for dining in the shade.

You are in Paso Wine Country Central! where there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. Also ideally located just across from the Templeton Park, you will have access to the best Saturday Farmers’ Market, quaint shopping and a renewed restaurant scene on Main Street. Visit McPhee’s, Jack’s Bar & Grill or Kitchenette for a great tasting meal, 15C for some local wine and a cheese platter or explore the newest addition, The Pig Iron at Templeton Mercantile. The downtown Paso Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday evening, while Templeton showcases their summer concerts on Wednesday evenings. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.
PROVISIONS
A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick. A Smart & Final is located on Spring Street at 20th or off of the Del Rio exit going south. Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's, and Third Base Market & Spirits.
