Train from NY just 5 blocks away. Located across from Silver Lake, you can enjoy looking out over the water while sipping your morning coffee on the porch. Silver Lake is stocked with fish so bring your poles, or just sit and enjoy the local wide life. Take a run or stroll around the mile long packed track or bring the kids across the street to the butterfly playground. On street parking only, but why drive, everything you need is right at your fingertips. 2 beach cruisers provided with additional rentals right up on main street.
Home has been newly renovated in 2021 with hardwood floors throughout and central air. Open floor plan makes this home feel light and airy. Remodeled kitchen, fully stocked with brand new appliances. Enjoy breakfast in the built in dining area which can easily be converted to a full size dining table if preferred. Fun beverage area and coffee bar sit ready for your enjoyment.
Home is equipped with powerful Wifi and 3 smart TVs so you can log in and enjoy your own entertainment. Step down bonus room that opens to the backyard is the perfect place for working from home or can be used as an additional bedroom as it has a door and sits adjacent to the full, first floor bathroom.
Second floor has 3 bedrooms. A spacious Master with king bed, including a full on suite bathroom. A second bedroom with double bed and a third also containing a double bed as well as a cozy loft with a full size futon mattress. A third full bath, also newly renovated, with original claw foot tub.
Turfed backyard is a perfect place to relax with oversized sectional and teak dining table. Enjoy summer breakfast, lunch and dinner hot off the new gas grill. Our property comes with 4 season beach badges (children 13 and under are free) and is stocked with 6 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and a beach cart. With a few essentials you are hassle free minutes away from a perfect day spent on the beach and boardwalk.
Linens included for an additional $125 fee. Included Ralph Lauren bedding, lush bath towels and beach towels. Washer and dryer provided as well as second refrigerator in basement.
Pack light, we do provide one roll of paper towels and kitchen essential, including pantry basics to start your stay and 4 rolls of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms.
We do not rent to party groups and minimum age of 28 required to book.
