The lake, the center of Pur and the beaches are about 2 km and can be walked via the normal paved roads. For wild berries, jams, fruit syrups, and cosmetics, you may visit Azienda Agricola Bosc del Meneghi at 4.5 km.
The house has a large garden which is partly lawned and partly paved. In the lawn area, there is parking space also. The paved area has a large terrace with table, barbecue, and sun loungers. The house also has space for parking the mountain bikes.
