Spectacular villa in the heart of Patavalaca, in the south west of Gran Canaria. Its 6 bedrooms, distributed over 3 floors and its private pool with views of the town of Arguineguín will not leave you indifferent and will grant a dream vacation on our island. This fantastic Villa is located on the heights of Patalavaca and therefore has privileged views over the Anfi del Mar bay, Arguineguín providing sunsets that you will never forget. The pool area is very welcoming: you will find an outdoors dining area, a fully furnished kitchen and barbecue area and sea views! If you prefer, you can enjoy one of the best sunsets on the island from the top floor's terrace; gazing the entire Patalavaca bay, from Arguineguín to Anfi del Mar and relaxing at the chill out area with a book and a good wine. It will not leave you indifferent. Patalavaca is very well connected to the rest of the southern island. It is located just 3 kilometers from Puerto Rico, 20 minutes by car from Playa de Mogán, 15 minutes from the Maspalomas Lighthouse and 40 kilometers from Gran Canaria airport. This holiday villa is a few minutes’ walk from restaurants and supermarkets and the beaches of Patalavaca and Arguineguín.
