Natural pine flooring throughout, elevator from ground level to all floors for an additional fee. Kitchen with granite counters, gas range, stainless appliances and an abundance of cabinets and large pantry. Master suite on main level with large walk-in closet and luxurious bath. An additional 4 spacious bedrooms on 3rd level, all with walk-in closets, 2 with private baths and 2 with a shared bath. 1st level hosts large game room, 2 screened porches and pool in private courtyard. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. This house has all the privacy but still the best location on East Beach! Comes with free parking for four cars, two in the back and a two car parking pad in front of the home. Come enjoy Saint Simons Island with this one of a kind vacation home!
