By the Vines in Beautiful Niagara on the Lake Ontario Canada is a fully equipped and meticulously maintained, air-conditioned home featuring three tastefully decorated bedrooms, two bathrooms and a family/games room with a modern open concept family friendly floorplan. Our backyard is an oasis for fun and relaxation.
Two of the beautifully appointed bedrooms, with queen size beds, are located on the main floor. The third bedroom, featuring 2 long twin size beds, is located within the open concept lower level.
The large, bright and appealing living room invites you to relax, read a book, enjoy a movie or your favourite show on the audio/video centre, or surf the net through the High Speed WIFI. The main floor audio/video centre is equipped with Large screen LCD TV, digital cable, DVD and radio with CD and a Bose audio docking station with lightning connector (iphone 5 and higher). We also provide our guests with access to Netflix, PrimeVideo and Crave TV through our AppleTV
The spacious, open concept kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and all of the comforts of home while the bright, cheerful, spacious and open concept dining area has a walkout to a large deck complete with patio furnishing gas BBQ and lovely garden area, our rear yard also backs onto the vineyards and orchards of Josephs Estate Winery, Niagara on the Lake Ontario. After enjoying a fabulous meal prepared in our gourmet kitchen you and you family and guests can take a relaxing stroll through the vineyards of Josephs Estate Winery or make you way down the walking/Cycling trail towards the Old Town past Stratus Vineyards and Jackson Triggs amongst others as the perfect ending to a great day in Niagara on the Lake.
The family/games room is equipped with cable, a large screen LCD TV, DVD Player, internet, Bumper pool and various family and board games. A pull-out couch and a laundry area, with washer and dryer, are additional amenities. We have recently added a fully functional HP desktop computer complete with LCD flat screen monitor on the lower level, either connect to the internet on your laptop via our high speed wireless internet access, or use our computer to surf the web. Netflix and Amazon Prime video are included along with digital cable access.
The private backyard is an amazing space which includes several amenities including a large wooden deck complete with sitting area, patio table with umbrella and chairs and a natural gas Weber BBQ. In addition we also feature an outdoor covered bar area with stools, granite countertops and colourful LED lighting. There is an amazing Gas Fire Table with Muskoka Chairs (Adirondack chairs) we have installed a clear glass wind screen on the fire table to safety and functionality. And lastly we have a giant oversized hammock for those afternoon naps in the shade of the mature trees!
We also provide a selection of Free and discounted tasting certificates to several of the local Niagara Region wineries
