Or if you prefer, our private chef comes Mondays and makes meals to go for the week. Feel safe in a fenced, hypo-allergenic environment that includes radiant heat in etched concrete floors, reverse-osmosis filtered water, and a whole house vacuum. Soundproof walls create privacy from the attached house. On-demand water heater yields endless hot water.
PETS WELCOME Dogs love to lie on the radiant heat etched concrete floors or get fresh air in the fenced private yard. There are organic Meyer's lemons from the tree and a large gas grill on the flagstone patio for California outdoor dining under the grape arbor.
CONVENIENT Off-street PARKING in a safe neighborhood that's very quiet at night, with a 15 minute drive to San Francisco or Muir Woods redwoods.
Walk a few blocks to downtown destination restaurants and 142 Throckmorton Comedy Club or the skateboard park. Run your dog in the grassy park behind the tennis courts. Ride our bikes out to Tennessee beach, up Mount Tamalpais where mountain biking was born, or on the bike path to breezy Sausalito and the Golden Gate Bridge.

Bigger meals happen around the coffee table or on the courtyard table.
BIKING Helmets and casual bicycles are provided in the 'bike barn', where serious cyclists can also hang and lock their own bikes. Marin is famous for world class road and mountain bike trails. You can 'ride to the ride' from your home- Tennessee Beach trailhead is less than 20 minutes away, through open space waterfront headlands, and the trail head up Mount Tamalpais old railroad gradeis less than five minutes away.
