Lake view with beautiful sunsets. Level, 150 ' walk to one of the few sand beaches and dock on the lake. Dock with umbrella at end of pier and on deck on beach. Ice fishing in the winter. 5 sliders, and ceiling fan; blue tooth compatible sound system (hook up your phone with Pandora or ?), large flat screen, newer kitchen with Stainless steel major appliances, SS gas stove with self cleaning convection oven, excellent toaster with convection oven; tile and hardwood floors and pine main room. scienAquace treated water. SS sink, NEW ceramic tile floor, . Slides and mountain climb for children. All relatively level property but not wheel chair accessible with porch steps involved. Wooded to the rear, professionally decorated, with generous tile shower. Swimming, boating, and fishing. Cool, lake effect, upstate NY nights. AC for heat waves and as needed. Radiant and hot water heat. Gas fireplace. 2 floor home. Great area for golf. Historic thoroughbred race track. Nearby Harness Track and Racino. Located Snake Hill....10 minutes to one of the the most famous and best thoroughbred tracks in the country (family friendly). Much history with the turning point of the American Revolution nearby and historical sights and events. Philiadelphia Philharmonic and New York City Ballet visit during the summer. Great First Night in Saratoga. Numerous headlining concerts and performances at the Outdoor Saratoga Performing Arts Center . Lake George Opera Chamber Music. Various dance camp opportunities. Numerous art shows. Many public music events. Great scienic downtown (Old Victorian) with a famous open park in center of town. Good jazz and restaurants abound. Skidmore and Empire State College with related events. A great jazz festival and a really good country music festival. Many good golf courses and we are at the lake too. We are not in a group camp; only 2 houses on property. One is our private home, which rents suites occasionally. Should you want tickets for concerts at SPAC, we often can get a few as members. The earlier requested the better chance at popular events, preferably as event is announced or soon after. Very close parking might be also be available. We can update availability per event after inquiring.

Summary: A little late with this review but I felt the urge to write it. We had the pleasure of staying here while in town to visit family and it was absolutely perfect and better than we expected. Despite the short notice on our end, the host was very accommodating and understanding to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had prior to our arrival and during our stay. The house was very clean and well taken care of and had everything we needed. The spectacular view of the lake throughout the day was a major plus. We only wish we had been able to enjoy the lake a little more during our stay but the gloomy weather did not permit it. Definitely a beautiful home, especially during the summertime I would imagine.
