Relax in this bright, stylish cozy home situated at the base of the Wasatch Front. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath is 20-40 min from 4 world-class ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude) and just 20 minutes to downtown and 40 min to Park City. The house is fully stocked with everything you will need to make it feel like your home away from home. It is perfect for a getaway for friends, couples, small families, skiers, or anyone wanting the feel of their second home.
MAIN FLOOR:
The kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you will need as well as a new double oven gas stove. We have a dedicated coffee station with a drip brew and Keurig K-cup coffee maker, a French press, and an electric kettle. This includes a supply of coffee, teas, and hot chocolate. One of the best features is the pellet icemaker.
The living room area has gorgeous views of the mountains while sitting on the velvet couch. There is a beautiful gas fireplace to top of the ambiance and cozy factor. The room has a 65" smart TV with many streaming apps as well as YouTube TV for live viewing.
The Master bedroom (main floor) is large and has a king-size bed (medium firmness). The attached bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, and condition (Pureology or Aveda), and extra toiletries in case you forgot any. It has a large closet space and barn doors to shut off from the bedroom. There is a sound machine as well as multi-cable charging cords and outlets. There are robes and flip-flops (to take home) in the closet
The two smaller bedrooms (main floor) both have king beds (medium firmness) with a small dresser or shelving in the closet, full-length mirrors, charging stations, laundry basket, luggage rack, and tower floor fans. The linens throughout the house are high quality (Brooklinen or comparable) and pillows and mattresses are all protected with allergy and hygienic covers that are fully washed after each guest.
LOWER LEVEL:
The basement can be converted into a master suite.
It has a great sectional and a sitting area with 2 cozy chairs. A pull-out Serta queen-size bed. It also has 2 convertible ottomans and turns into twin beds.
There is a 65" smart TV, a 160-game old-school arcade table, and a basket full of board games, puzzles, chess, poker, etc.
There is a full bathroom as well as a laundry room.
GARAGE: The finished garage can fit one car (it is low profile, so larger cars may have issues with ski racks or opening trunk/cargo). The garage has ski racks and boot heaters as well as a heater that will help with drying ski gear. Also, you can spend time with the family playing ping pong, skew ball, darts, and axe throwing.
BACKYARD: the large backyard has a great deck with BBQ Grill, fire table, yard games (corn hole, footballs, soccer balls, frisbees, and covered hot tub.
