One of a kind custom details you won't see elsewhere, along w/concrete floors, sandblasted exterior, comfy furnishings & luscious beds . Urban yet cozy. Lush landscaping, fresh grapefruit in back, courtyard & fire pit in front & gas BBQ. Great Central Phoenix hood, 2 mi N to Biltmore, 2 mi E to Arcadia, 4 mi S to downtown!
The space
This is a mid-century home that I am only the 2nd owner. I have completely gutted it and added a 2nd bath. It is remodeled in an industrial boho style. It is very eclectic and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. The floors are concrete and the walls are block. I made the chandelier and also the island with butcher block top. Super unique and industrial master bath with a giant vintage French gold chandelier, exposed copper plumbing, open shower, concrete counter and sink, and an amazing stick tank tub great for deep soaking! The furnishings are a mix of vintage and antique and new. I love to create serene, luxurious and comfy spaces no matter the size. This provides all those things and more. I use green "paper" products, natural cleaning products, no chemicals (except bleach cuz sometimes you just have to 😊!) I also provide a variety of beauty products not normally found in rentals, for both men and women such as face masks and shave cream, scented bath salts, bombs and candles for for a romantic relaxing bath, also standards-soaps, lotions and shampoo/conditioner. There is a private laundry and covered parking.
Guest access
This is a duplex that is completely private and separate, front and back. You will not share any areas. There is a private carport that is very long and can fit 2 small cars. Driveway is also quite lengthy. Super convenient to the I-10, the 202, the 51, the airport and ASU campuses. You will have access to all parts of this property which includes a very private backyard with 2 patios, one covered and one under the amazing grapefruit tree. Both have fairy lights. In front there is a courtyard with a fire pit and a front porch.
I do have high chair and pack and play crib along with children's dishes and books.
Other things to note
Dogs are welcome with only a $75 pet cleaning fee. No extra nightly charges.
