There is full kitchen with a large fridge, a dishwasher, utensils and well stocked with basic essentials
Everything you need for an extended stay.
NOTE: Pool is now closed for Winter
We have very stable NBN, a smart TV(netflix, Stan, SBS , iview etc), DVD player(with DVDs), games, books, a heated outdoor pool and a large garden.
There is a full laundry with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
And! ALL linen is provided, you don't need to bring anything.
The property provides a superb large, open plan European style weatherboard house with large deck overlooking charming, established garden. At back of the property is an old world garden. Relaxation, peace and privacy are assured, and the property is set to become a favourite with families, groups, international travellers and couples alike. The house is large enough to easily accommodate up to ten guests including children and babies.
Relax on the deck or in one of two open plan living areas, or retreat to one of four double bedrooms or the study/meditation room which can also double as bedroom. The property also boasts two full bathrooms, a laundry and walk in robes, and all rooms have picturesque garden views.
For winter the house is very warm indeed with central gas underfloor heating throughout the ground level and both ground level bedrooms. The bathroom on this level has floor heating, and in level 1 bedrooms, there are column heaters and reverse cycle air/con units with heating. The bathrooms are newly renovated, each has underfloor heating, level 1 has heated towel rack, garden views, full bath and shower, mosaic flooring, ground level full bath and large shower.
During high season, April-September, only minimum 2 night bookings( Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun) are accepted.
"Long weekends" including either a Friday or Monday Public holiday will be a three night minimum stay
The Christmas and Easter periods have a 3 to 4 day minimum booking
There is a 7mx3m pool at the bottom of the garden amongst the trees it
is only available between Oct-Apr , heating is $50 per stay
Bedding arrangements are ground level master bedroom with Queen bed and walk in and bedroom 2 with double bed and single bed; level 1 master bedroom with Tempur king bed, air con and DVD player and bedroom 2 with a queen and a single bed. Bedroom 3/study has a single bed and a fold up is available for extra bedding. Full linen is provided, doonas, pillows and towels. ! Please note Wentworth Falls is a quiet area, the property is not to be utilised as a party house.
Close to shops, train and lake
The house is 500 metres from Wentworth falls shops and railway station and 700 metres from the lake and on the south side of Wentworth Falls. The north side is easily walked or a few minutes by car, and boasts Wentworth Falls and Conservation Hut. There is charming rainforest walk close to the house which is well worth taking. Leura shops and cafes are five minutes walk.
