(706 sq ft.) purpose built self-contained studio-suite offering upscale creature comforts at a more modest price. This suite is situated between the family suite and the honeymoon suite. Not to worry though as the sound-proofing design (back to back bathrooms and closets) and the construction (2" x 6" off-set framing, 5/8" drywall on rebar, sound-bat insulation, laminate flooring with underlay on top of concrete floors) has been taken to the extreme.
The bathroom features a custom oversize Maxx soaker tub with a moulded back-rest and a vertical rain shower. The tile floors are warmed with radiant floor heating.
A signature queen bed with down pillows and down duvets will ensure a good night's rest. A whisper-mode ceiling fan controlled by you provides constant air-circulation.
Two soft leather sofa armchairs are set in front of the gas fireplace. Read your favourite book or watch your favourite show or DVD on the wide-screen HDTV.
Unlike the other two suites this one does not have its own private balcony, however, has complete use of the huge outdoor common area rooftop terrace decorated with oversize ceramic planters and flora. Fireplaces, heated floors, kitchenettes and private entrances all suites.

Use one of our complimentary canoes, or kayaks to explore the wildlife in the lagoon. Paddle, walk, or bicycle next door to Hatley Castle - cast as Professor Xavier's school in X-Men 2 (2003) and X-Men The Last Stand (2006) - in the old growth forest on the north shore of the lagoon. While the Japanese Gardens at Butchart are beautiful you'll marvel at the Japanese Gardens next door at Hatley. Paddle, beachcomb, or use one of our complimentary bicycles to visit the 1850 Fort Rodd Hill and 1859 Fisgard Lighthouse - the oldest on our west coast - at the far end of the lagoon. Watch eagles, hawks and osprey pull huge salmon out of the lagoon from the luxury of your suite.
