Get lost in the wild at our paradise on the water. Sit by the fire inside or outside, stargaze from the hot tub, and tour Black Lake on foot or by water. You can also venture to the town of Perth within 15 min to enjoy their restaurants and shops. Ultimately, our cottage provides the ultimate space for you and your family to escape the city and relax with all the necessities conveniently nearby.
Main floor has fully stocked kitchen, dinning room for 10 guests, living room with indoor fireplace, half bathroom and laundry with that has a full freezer. Walk out to wrap around porch with seating and bbq.
Loft bedroom upstairs with a queen bed, full bathroom, smart tv, and a walk-in closet.
Lower level has two bedroom with queen beds, full bathroom with indoor sauna, treadmill , pullout couch and smart tv. We also have the Desk for workspace on this level with books and some board games. Walk out in to the screened in porch with table and chairs .
Large outdoor space with hot tub , fire pit with seating, and waterfront seating on the dock.
Note that all dogs must be well behaved and kept on leash to not disturb neighbors.
