This air-conditioned, children and pet friendly villa is protected from the northern winds, have panoramic view, beautiful herb garden and a spatious pool area, equipped with BBQ, pool bar, sound system and bathroom.

Located in Krios, just 2km from the cosmopolitan center of Parikia on the western part of Paros and only 150m from magnificent, sandy, Marchelo beach, this beautiful, stone made villa is a unique blend of traditional but also modern and functional bio climatic architecture.

The estate also has a private vineyard. Blue villa is one of the villas forming the Blue Greens complex which consists of two villas that are next to each other, each with four bedrooms. It is designed with respect to the traditional cycladic architecture for guests to have a comfortable stay in all 4 spacious bedrooms that all have unsuited bathrooms. The spectacular, spacious pool area has a bar, large dining table, big b.b.q. , and dolby surround sound system.
