The house is great to host big events with 25-30 people, and you can keep an eye on your kids and pets right from your living room. Variety of games including teeter-totter, swing and hammocks. The living room with wood stove has easy flow to the dining area and kitchen. Granite counters and a light and bright feel makes cooking or baking a treat! The large laundry room has hanging racks and shelves for convenience. 2 guest bedroom and a guest bath are down the hallway with a spacious master bedroom - total privacy! The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, open bathroom vanity area and privacy door for shower and toilet area. Located just off Rt 426, less than 1 min from Highway 41, the house provides easy-in and easy-out to all popular destinations including Yosemite and Bass Lake. It is extremely easy to locate and enter the house even when it is snowing heavily outside.
Take a right on Hwy 41 to Rd 426 and drive for a minute before you take a left on Hangtree Ln. 3rd house on your left. We are approximately just 1-2 min from Oakhurst City Center on Road, 10 min walk from the Oakhurst High School, 15 min drive to Bass Lake, 22 min drive to Yosemite South Entrance.
