Positive: The wellness area is fantastic – warm water, a slide for kids, and nice jacuzzis. The staff at the reception and bar were wonderful, very helpful, and kind. The a la carte food and cocktails in the hotel bar were excellent – the quality there was great.

Negative: The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The room preparation was poor: we booked for 4, but it was set up for 2. We had to make the sofa bed ourselves and ask for missing towels and bedding. Breakfast offered a large selection, but the ingredients were low quality, which unfortunately affected the taste.

Summary: Great wellness and staff, but uncomfortable sofa bed
