Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location and the outdoor pool area was good. The air conditioning was also very good, kept the indoors living areas and bedrooms very cool.
Negative: Struggled with the kitchen hob to make a cooked breakfast (rings wouldnt hest the pans hot enough) and the fridge wasn't the coldest... the staff did attend very quickly and offered to change the fridge out, which was a good response. The outdoor area and pool was good, but the water stained all our bathing clothes green. Snooker table was a nice touch, maybe a refresh required on the balls and cues would be good. In general nice place- perhaps one last tip to make it more relaxing... ease up on the rules and signs in the villa about noise, cleaning etc. For a family holiday, it felt like we're being treated the same as a stag party.
