Nestled in a central, southside neighborhood, conveniently located near shops, restaurants & hospitals. Live like a local with décor from our hometown makers, eat like a local at a crafthouse blocks away or venture a mile to the spacious coffee shop serving espresso, wine & bites or enjoy our fully fenced backyard offering privacy for you & your pets. The detached 2 car garage is available for your use during your visit. Our home was built in the 1940's and boasts the charm of the era with updates throughout. A few stairs are required to approach the house, enter the side and use the upstairs loft, please check out all photos to make sure we are a good fit for your visit. We paid special attention to the details to ensure you enjoy your stay.
Please abide by the following house rules:
★No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval
★We ask that you leave the place the way you found it.
★Please wash and put away any dishes.
★No Smoking or vaping inside the home, if signs of smoking are detected you will be subject to an additional $250 cleaning fee
★Please clean up after any pets. There is a scoop hanging in the garage to pick up any messes in the backyard.
★Check out is promptly at 11am so we can clean for the next guests. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $50 fee. Guests staying more than 2 hours past checkout will be charged that day's base rate without discounts. This fee does not award you possession of the property for the day. If you want to extend your stay, you must formally do so. Any refunds that other affected guests receive due to a late check out will be your responsibility to reimburse us.
