Brand New 50" Roku 5K SMART TV with 150+ included Live Streaming Channels ( Guest Enabled for use w/ your Netflix, Prime). Listen to music connecting to Bose Sound Dock and watch DVD's on Blue-Ray DVD .

Loft Area - Enjoy the many board games , DVD’s or just lounge and read the many children and adult books, play with children's toys. Third flat screen TV with Apple TV enables kids to watch YouTube/Prime. Queen futon sleeps additional 2 adults and a 3-seater sofa
