Nestled in “Billionaire’s Row”, Bohold offers breathtaking views that ask you to take a seat, sit back, and enjoy your family vacation in Bohol. Swim in the pool, prepare food in the gourmet kitchen and sleep in the cocoon of fine linens. Starlink internet, solar/battery power backup, 17 stage RO water filtration! Full access of the first and second floor of the home and the pool area. There is an indoor and outdoor kitchen. Full Service Laundry is available at 400 pesos per load (not responsible for damage to clothes).
About the home: This house is designed by renowned architect Jeffrey Borja to take maximum advantage of the amazing views found on Dayo Hill. It offers 3 balconies, and a separate covered patio to maximize the indoor/outdoor living. 5 air conditioners keep the house comfortable year around with backup solar and batteries to minimize the chances of brown-outs. We have a 17 stage Reverse Osmosis water filtration system to deliver incredibly clean and soft water to the showers and sinks. Jeffrey designed the interior to be a blend of modern straight lines with softer wood tones to make it the perfect blend of design and comfort. The linens and towels are all imported from the USA and are very high quality. The bathrooms have bidet toilets and amazing showers. We also have a large jetted tub. This home was recently featured on That Philippines Life Youtube channel. Free Tagbilaran Airport or Tag Seaport is delivery and drop-off is included. Light breakfast is included daily.
