The picturesque large holiday home consists of two holiday flats and is only rented out completely, or the lower holiday flat remains unused.
Flat I on the upper floor and attic has one double and one twin bedroom.
Flat II on the ground floor has a double room.
With a picturesque location on the western shore near Menaggio in the picturesque holiday village of San Martino - largely car-free:
Above the lakeside village of San-Siro Acquaseria with good restaurants, beautiful lakeside promenade and romantic beach.
Only a few kilometres from Menaggio, the centre of the lake and the most popular sights of Lake Como.
You reach your idyllic holiday resort via an approx. 5 km long mountain road with serpentines.
The property has a picturesque large garden with sunny plateaus, deck chairs, a garden rustico with dinner pergola and brick barbecue, outdoor shower, shade trees and the overgrown rock terrace.
Both flats have a large terrace with a gigantic lake view.
The two holiday flats are reached via 5 - 6 stone steps.
Your rustico country house is surrounded by quaint and idyllic Lombard houses, some of which are also holiday homes, and meadows.
Through picturesque alleys and rustic paths you discover the entire village with its romance.
The Locanda on the piazza - a quaint restaurant with a beautiful terrace is a popular meeting place for locals and fans of San Martino.
On the lake, in and around Acquaseria, there are several small and mostly gently sloping stretches of beach along the lake promenade.
An approx. 1.5 km long footpath leads from San Martino to the lake - the holiday family can split up - to the beach a part on foot and then back by car.
All living levels face the lake;
the floors are in warm terracotta tiles, the furnishings are tasteful and of high quality.
Holiday flat I upstairs has two floors:
Through an open hallway you enter the light-flooded living area with windows facing the lake and access to the furnished lake view terrace and balcony.
The open and well-equipped kitchen is connected via the dining table to the living room with double sofa bed, armchairs and cosy pellet stove.
A staircase leads you to the sleeping area in the attic: with double bedroom with balcony and twin bedroom.
With somewhat limited headroom in the twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower.
Holiday flat II on the ground floor:
a bright hallway leads you into the large living area with comfort double sofa bed, dining room and eat-in kitchen, access to the furnished lake view terrace.
The bright bathroom has a shower. Double bedroom garden side with access to the garden.
Several cellars/canteens with storage for bikes and sports equipment.
A paradise for all those who are looking for something special, for those seeking peace and quiet, hiking enthusiasts and connoisseurs.
Small children require increased supervision in the garden and also in the village due to the many different and partly unsecured levels, little walls and terraces. This holiday home is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
The landlord family Orietta and Marco is very obliging, live in Rezzonico, on site you will find a selection of red and white wines, which you can also buy.
Two private car parking spaces about 40 m from your holiday home, at the entrance to the village. Further public parking spaces.

Summary: Wir waren begeistert … von allem : dem See, der Ausicht, dem Haus und überhaupt von der ganzen Gegend. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Hausbesitzern. Das Haus war sauber und alles da was man braucht. Der Garten mit der Großen Terasse ist traumhaft schön.
