Bowers Mansion is an adorable Tahoe cabin located at the base of Kingsbury Grade just minutes from South Shore casinos, beaches, and skiing at Heavenly Ski Resort. You can sleep 8 people comfortably with a king size master suite, a queen size room, one with 2 singles, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room is decorated with Tahoe love, has a wood burning fireplace, and a huge 65" TV! There is a small garage but only a very small car can fit, you can fit 3 vehicles in the driveway. There is a front deck with comfy patio furniture for summer afternoon BBQ's and you can bring one small dog at no extra charge! Very cute, very comfy, and spectacular location!

Summary: We were told the office was opened 9 to 6. We arrived 5 till 6 and it was closed but they had our key outside for pickup so we were able to get into the house. The next two mornings we got to the office at 930am and the office was closed. We finally checked in around 5pm the second day. The house is in the perfect location to easily access stores and restaurants and get on the main road around Lake Tahoe. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen were well supplied. You have to turn the TV on a special way but the note was not with the internet remote so we spent an hour with the internet company per the note telling us that is what we had to do. Turned out the internet was fine we just needed the TV remote which was no where in the house. The master bath had something brown all over the rug and wall. The rest of the house was clean and nicely decorated.
