The modern jewel in Malibu Park by a renowned architect is a stunning show stopper. Set atop the hill looking down on Malibu Park, Zuma Beach and Point Dume the views will not disappoint. The private pool and hot tub are perfect for cooling off after a trip to the beach which is only a five min drive from the house. This family home is custom designed with a private master bedroom and bathroom wing. Each of the three downstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms and there is a half bath off of the small home office on the mezzanine level. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and all brand new. Close to incredible hiking trails and with lots of outdoor lounge spaces this house will not disappoint! We are located within a five min drive of the Trancas Shopping Center, Point Dume, Zuma Beach and Broad Beach. We are a 15 min drive from the Civic Center and center of Malibu. House comes with all essentials for the beach as well as pool toys.
