Summary: The property itself was nice and represented what was described online. We had a very rough start that impacted our vacation:1. Directions were vague and when trying to find the place at night is very difficult. We had to ring a neighbors bell to get directions.2. The host was completely unresponsive the day we arrived. We had been trying to get in contact starting 2 hours before our arrival time with no response. We called 5 times and sent multiple messages through VRBO and What’s App.3. After finding the place and ringing the bell multiple times the host answered for us to learn she was staying there. We had to wait while she vacated and couldn’t use the room she was staying in until it was cleaned.4. Given she was staying there the place was not clean. We had to let the cleaner in at 7:30 the next morning and come back from the beach at 11 to lock up after her.5. When we arrived we learned the internet had gone out earlier that day. We didn’t have internet for a few days. 6. There was no book of things to do or recommendations as described. The host was very apologetic for the issues and did refund a part of our stay as a result.
